International Cooperation

Mozarteum University Salzburg maintains many cooperation agreements with various institutions throughout the world and divides these into Erasmus+ and bilateral partnerships. The focus of activity in cooperation varies. However, the university aims to cooperate with a few excellent universities, intensively and regularly.

Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is the EU-programme for education, young persons and sport covering the period 2021 to 2027. After making a successful application to the European Commission, the Mozarteum University Salzburg was awarded the Erasmus Charter for university education for the entire period of the programme. An Erasmus Statement on University Policy was also drawn up (cf. International Educational Policy). The charter entitles the Mozarteum University to take part in all activities in the context of the new EU-programme Erasmus+, as well student and staff exchanges in the form of a period of study or teaching abroad or an activity to promote professional personal development.
