INTERNATIONAL SUMMER ACADEMY MOZARTEUM SALZBURG
Every year the International Summer Academy of the Mozarteum invites about one thousand young musicians from all over the world to Salzburg. The Summer Academy was founded in 1916 by Lilli Lehmann and nowadays organizes over 80 master-classes with excellent teachers from the Mozarteum University and many world renowned lecturers who offer the participants new insights and the chance to perfect their skills. In addition to courses and master-classes, symposia, workshops and concerts are held, thus making the
International Summer Academy of the Mozarteum an important place of encounter and artistic exchange during the festival season.
